Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028.
Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in management by rotating through simulations and real-world tasks.
Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
Contribute to marketing strategies and team projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with peers and mentors to learn and grow professionally.
