Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Intern in Galesburg, IL. This 10-12 week, full-time internship starts May 2027 and pays $17 per hour.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives while working alongside seasoned professionals in a team-based setting. You will complete intern projects, participate in friendly competition, and may qualify for performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a graduation date of Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available the required days listed in the posting: May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; July 29th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for incentives and referrals.
