Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship provides university students with real-world business and leadership experience from day one. You'll join a team in Metro Detroit, tackling challenges alongside first and second year professionals, helping you learn, grow and have fun.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Interviews for this internship position will begin in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester.
• Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, from May 17th to August 14th.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. You’ll be placed in the middle of everything, like our Management Trainees, and will learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
