Job summary

Littler is seeking a labor and employment attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Paid Leave Practice. The position is hybrid, based in any Littler office in the U.S. Responsibilities include advising employers on paid leave laws, drafting policies, and guiding multi-state compliance. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. The salary range is $175,000 to $330,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience advising employers on paid leave laws.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with agency audits or investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on state and local paid leave laws.
• Draft and review leave policies.
• Guide clients on compliance with multi-state issues.
