Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Staff Counsel office in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking a second-year law student for a paid law clerk position to support in-house litigation. This role is based in Fairfield, Ohio and will start in May 2027.

Candidates will conduct legal research, draft memoranda, assist with depositions and trials, review medical records indexing, and help prepare for litigation. Strong legal research, writing, time management, and critical thinking are essential; 15–40 hours

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 2nd year at an accredited law school.
• Able to work at least 15 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week in summer.
• In good academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
• Collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial acceptable).
