Job summary

Cambridge is offering an IT Operations Internship designed to provide hands-on experience supporting technology services and platforms used daily across the firm. Three interns will be placed in Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, or Production Support/Application Operations based on interests and business needs.

The program runs 11 weeks (May 17 – July 30) with mentorship, professional development, and potential for full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Network or Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related tech program.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day technology operations and a defined improvement project.
• Analyze service or operational trends and maintain documentation.
• Recommend practical improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency or user experience.
• Communicate progress and findings clearly; manage priorities with guidance.
• Take increasing ownership with guidance from experienced Technology professionals.
