Job summary

Novacore, a bold specialty insurance firm, seeks an Operations intern for hands-on experience in project coordination and process support. You’ll learn to analyze workflows, prepare dashboards with Excel and collaborate across Insurance, Product, Technology and Compliance teams.

Open to current college students (Sophomore/Junior) in Business or related fields, offering paid, hybrid work with onsite and remote days, mentorship and networking opportunities during a 2027 summer program.

Qualifications

• Current college student; Sophomore or Junior year preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational processes and business support activities across insurance programs and internal initiatives.
• Document workflows and help identify inefficiencies; support SOP maintenance.
• Aid in data analysis, reporting and dashboard prep using Excel and other tools.
• Support project coordination, testing, validation and operational readiness tasks.
• Assist with document management, audits and records organization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology and Compliance teams on special projects.
