Comfort Solutions in Ogden, UT is hiring an HVAC Install Apprentice. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learn trade skills, get paid while you learn, and build a long-term career in a growing industry. No HVAC experience is required.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and be part of a great team. As you progress, you’ll assist with installing equipment, load materials, use tools safely, and learn installation techniques and codes while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in building a career in HVAC or the skilled trades.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
• Help load materials and prepare job sites.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Support lead installers with measurements, equipment setup, and job-site tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn installation techniques, codes, and industry best practices.
• Deliver professional service at every job site.
