Goettl is looking for motivated individuals to join its Austin HVAC Apprentice program. You will be trained on the job, paid from day one, and work alongside top pros to learn the trade. The 12-week training culminates in a guaranteed Maintenance Tech path for successful participants.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher, be tech-savvy, and commit to a two-year post-training employment after completion. Interviews are as available, and the program emphasizes hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Must be coachable, curious, and eager to learn.
• At least 1 year of experience in a position of responsibility preferred.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone, iPad, or laptop; background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of clean driving history.
