Qualifications

• Must enroll in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology or other technical service program.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 while in program.
• Provide transcripts and diploma to receive incentives and sign-on bonus.
• Adhere to attendance requirements and program policies.
• Accept full-time employment with RDO Equipment Co. after graduation; location based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with mentor to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned.
• Document machine information and repairs on work orders.
• Maintain a clean work area; care for shop tools and equipment.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; act professionally with customers.
• Seek and participate in company-sponsored training to develop skills.
