Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Hardware Engineering Intern/Co‑op in Mayfield Heights, Ohio for May 2027–August 2027. You will contribute to hardware development from circuit design to verification, on an agile team, with opportunities to work on testing, documentation, and tool improvement.

You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree and be legally authorized to work in the US. The role does not sponsor visas and offers benefits including health insurance and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on an agile team to design electrical circuits and develop test requirements.
• Perform programming, functional analysis, and troubleshooting of hardware prototypes.
• Contribute to product design documentation and test reports.
• Participate in researching new technologies and improving circuit design tools.
• Take ownership of assignments and help teammates as needed.
• Build relationships with leads and peers to learn the product development lifecycle.
