Job summary

Ampact is seeking a talented graphic designer for an internship. This part-time, paid internship (~10 hours per week) will support our marketing and communications team in creating graphics following brand style guides to build your portfolio.

Opportunity for extension and additional hours past May 2027. All applicants must submit work samples or provide a link to an online portfolio demonstrating graphic design aptitude.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a certificate or degree in graphic design, web design, desktop publishing, or related discipline.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Xpress or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communicator with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize brand templates and style guides to create graphics for social media, blogs, emails, and presentations.
• Research, identify, tag, and prep photos and image libraries for marketing and promotion.
• Assist with maintaining a library of images and templates.
• Support photo and video shoots or event photography.
• Collaborate with supervisor to develop new templates and improve visual impact.
