SAM is offering a two-year Apprenticeship Program for Geomatics Technician (Survey and Mapping). You will work with our surveying team, learn to use advanced technology, and earn a nationally recognized credential upon completion.

The program emphasizes safety, fieldwork, and hands-on training while you gain valuable experience in geospatial services. We seek individuals eager to travel, work outdoors, and develop skills in surveying, mapping, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn more about land surveying and geospatial industry.
• Willingness to travel and work outside.
• Strong interest in working with technology.

Responsabilités

• Collect angles and elevations used for construction, map making, or other purposes.
• Learn how to take notes, sketch drawings and read plans in the field.
• Gain exposure to surveying tasks such as records research and quality control.
• Complete safety and corporate compliance trainings throughout the program.
