Job summary

Gordon Food Service offers a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office, delivering hands-on projects and mentorship to help you grow in the food service industry.

You will shadow frontline operations, audit documentation for accuracy, identify gaps, and develop micro-learning content while networking with professionals across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Public Health, Environmental Health, Supply Chain Management or related technical field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Frontline Operations: observe DC receivers, selectors, and packers in action.
• Audit documents: compare SOPs, WIs, and policies for accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
• Develop micro-learning content from SOPs for training modules.
• Participate in mentorship, networking, and cross-functional teaming.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field (Food Science, Agriculture, Public Health, Environmental Health, Supply Chain Management)

US work authorization

GPA 3.0 or higher
