This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to cattle health, yard operations, feed preparation, and data-driven office tasks, with rotations through each department to build a comprehensive understanding of feedyard management.

Interns will be part of a structured program, complete a year-end project, and may be considered for full-time opportunities after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, real-world experience in feedyard operations across multiple departments.
• Rotational internship exposing cattle health, yard maintenance, mill operations, feed delivery, and office processes.

Responsibilities

• Work across key areas: Cattle processing and daily management.
• Assist in yard operations including pen maintenance and logistics.
• Learn feed reception, processing, mixing, and ration preparation.
• Understand bunk management and feeding practices.
• Support records, data, reporting, and administrative tasks.
