You will rotate through Mill, Feeding, Cattle and Yard Operations, support safety and regulatory compliance, and gain hands-on experience in a livestock-fed environment. This internship emphasizes practical problem-solving and teamwork in dynamic conditions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field in progress.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to apply basic math and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Intern rotates through Mill, Feeding, Cattle and Yard Operations.
• Complies with OSHA, FDA, and EPA regulations; maintains records.
• Models safe work practices and follows safety rules.
• Participates in department meetings and special projects.
