Job summary

Agri Beef Co. invites students to join its Summer 2026 Feedyard Internship program across Idaho or Washington yards, gaining hands-on experience in feed departments, cattle processing, and yard maintenance.

You will participate in a final project and present to employees and leadership. The internship offers exposure to multiple areas, with potential for real-world learning and career development in cattle feeding.

Qualifications

• Interest in a career path in the cattle feeding industry.
• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture or Business (preferred).
• Practical hands-on experience working with livestock (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work across the feedyard areas—Feed/Mill, Cattle Processing and Health, Yard Maintenance, and Final Project.
• Assist in daily feed, maintenance, and livestock care tasks.
• Support in processing cattle and preparing shipping/receiving lists.
• Complete a final project and present findings to staff.
