Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum offers a paid internship in the Events team for full- or part-time college students. Interns rotate through the Events and Culinary Department, gaining hands-on experience in CRM data entry, contract preparation, and event planning with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to multitask and manage responsibilities in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow events before, during, and after Museum hours.
• Attend weekly Events Department meetings to learn coordination of events.
• Shadow sales and service managers during client site visits.
• Assist with administrative tasks: data entry, contracts, billing, weekly reports.
