Job summary

Rosendin's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12 week hands-on experience for students entering the electrical construction industry, offering exposure to projects alongside experienced professionals in areas such as project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, procurement, and more.

You’ll gain hands-on experience on active projects, take ownership of meaningful work, receive mentorship from industry experts, and develop technical and professional skills while networking across teams.

Qualifications

• Rising university student with interest in electrical construction and engineering.
• Interest in hands-on project work and learning across disciplines.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project-related deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
• Learn and utilize industry software, tools, and engineering best practices while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team.
