Milliken & Company is hiring student co-ops for 2027 at its Portage, Wisconsin encapsulation plant. Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Willing to work 40–50 hours per week and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Involve in day-to-day operations of a world-class encapsulation plant as a project engineer.
• Develop engineering design to solve real-world problems.
• Develop project technical requirements, schedules, and estimates.
• Drive cross-functional reviews for project implementation.
• Produce written summary reports and presentations.
