Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in learning about electrical construction, project management, estimating, preconstruction, or safety.
• Honest and accountable with discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, time management oriented and detail‑oriented.
• Team player able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with day‑to‑day coordination and administration.
• Support basic change order estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Assist with material takeoffs for lights, wiring devices, and other components.
• Assist with document control: plans, specs, RFIs, submittals, and related docs.
• Prepare basic material submittals and track review/distribution.
• Maintain project tracking logs and update information as needed.
• Assist with material tracking, purchasing coordination, and expediting.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Support field labor reporting and timekeeping documentation.
• Assist with tracking Field Work Orders and Time & Material change orders.
• Assist with inspection requests, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Support construction safety initiatives, documentation and recordkeeping.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and other learning opportunities.
