Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Medication Administration and Epi-Pen Training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for 6 weeks to 3 years.
• Maintain open communication with families and assess child progress.
• Supervise assistants and volunteers to ensure safety and program quality.
• Maintain records in line with Center policies and regulatory standards.
• Attend ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
