Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking motivated engineering students for 2027 Engineering Internships at our Nuclear location in Clinton, IL.

These paid internships run about 10 weeks from June 7 to August 13, 2027, with projects designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience under supervision and a technical mentor. Intern projects include drone inspections, core analysis, feedwater pump wiring design, and more.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering program for Fall 2027.
• Majors include Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 cumulative and 3.0 major.
• Track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on Cooling Tower Drone Inspections and Nuclear Core Analysis.
• Assist Control Circuit Wiring Design for Feedwater Pump.
• Contribute to Thermal Overload Calculation for Motor Operated Valves.
• Participate in Seismic Monitoring Instrumentation Upgrade.
• Assist with Hydrogen Electrolyzer Project.
