Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering or related field.
• Internship requires design work with consideration of cost, material availability, safety and manufacturability.
• Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design calculations and prepare equipment/material specifications.
• Develop production drawings per engineering layouts and create assembly drawings for plant assembly and product manuals.
• Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications.
• Coordinate activities concerned with the technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Perform duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.
