Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time internship in Stamford, CT that lasts 11 weeks (May 26 – August 6, 2027). You’ll work in two teams with department projects about 80% of your time, plus kickoff conferences, development sessions, and networking experiences.

You’ll gain exposure to analytics, customer touchpoints, and business processes while being mentored and developing professional skills for a telecommunications career.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize customer touchpoints
• Use SQL to query communication logs, identify message overlap, and build interactive Tableau dashboards
• Reduce communication "collisions" (over-messaging) and improve the overall customer journey
