Job summary

Spectrum in Charlotte, NC is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed for students pursuing a degree in Business or related field. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with department and intern cohort experience, mentorship, and professional development.

You’ll analyze and optimize customer touchpoints using SQL, build Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with teams. Travel to intern events locally is expected; eligibility requires a 3.0 GPA and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize customer touchpoints.
• Use SQL to query communication logs, identify message overlap, and build interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Reduce communication collisions and improve the overall customer journey.
