Job summary

Tevora is offering a Consultant Development Program (CDP) in Irvine, CA and Fairfax, VA. This immersive, paid internship helps participants build technical and professional skills to start a full‑time Information Security Associate role.

As a Developing Consultant, you will work on Enterprise Risk Management and other security initiatives, supporting project delivery, learning frameworks like PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, and gaining hands-on experience with client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4‑year university (or Military equivalent) or currently enrolled at an accredited 4‑year university (or Military equivalent).
• IT, Cybersecurity, and Information Security certifications a plus.
• Foundational familiarity with networking, troubleshooting, business planning, and compliance frameworks are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and business skills required to perform billable work on projects as quickly as possible
• Learn about industry-standard certifications and their benefits
• Learn about National and International standards and frameworks like PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
• Observe implementations of Enterprise Security Solutions
• Assist Consultants with client engagements
