ALOHA Collection in California is seeking a Creative Director to define the brand's creative platform and lead the full creative organization from concept to customer across digital and physical touchpoints.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will shape strategy, protect brand identity, and mentor a high-performing team while aligning with Merchandising, Product, and Sales to scale globally.

Qualifications

• Senior creative leadership experience in a consumer brand or agency.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals and campaigns.
• Experience directing photo/video production and cross-channel storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the brand's creative strategy across all channels.
• Lead and mentor the creative and content teams to deliver high-impact work.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Merchandising to ensure cohesive, on-brand executions.
