Responsibilities

• Support personal hygiene: bedpans, baths, shampoos, and bathroom trips.
• Assist residents with ambulation, turning, and positioning.
• Check vital signs and track intake/output to maintain stability.
• Ensure resident comfort; respond to calls and report observations.
• Document actions in forms, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to standards and regulations, including JCAHO where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
