Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield, OH is offering a PAID STNA/CNA training program on-site. The 80-hour course begins October 12, 2026, with tuition fully covered. Participants will be paid $16.00 per hour during training, $18.00 after completion of classes, and $20.00 per hour after state certification, with potential employment at Regina Health Center.

Under supervision of a licensed nurse, trainees learn essential daily care tasks and will undergo required pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend all Nurse Aide Training days from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2026 – Friday, October 16, and Monday, October 18, 2026 – Friday, October 23, 2026.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs including dressing, eating, mobility and ambulation, personal hygiene, and bathing.
• Support residents with mobility and ambulation and help with daily routines.
