Job summary

You will work under the Nurse Manager's supervision, delivering routine direct nursing care and collaborating with CNAs to support residents during the paid training period.

Qualifications

• Eight-hour CNA training course completion.
• Skills Competencies Assessments completed.
• Must take CNA exam within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per Nurse Manager's direction.
• Treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect.
• Answer call lights and address resident needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and accompany residents to activities.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control practices/policies.
• Support housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Facilitate virtual visits for room-bound residents.
