Qualifications

• Active California Certified Nurse Aide license required within 90 days of NATP completion.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment medical exam and drug screen.
• DOJ background check and fingerprint submission required.
• COVID-19 vaccine required for employment. Vaccination provided as part of the hire process.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the in-house Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP).
• Pursue CNA licensure during the program with the potential to transition to a full-time, benefitted CNA position.
• Earn $18/hr during the NATP; after CNA license, earn $22/hr.
