Job summary

Bishop Care Center offers a Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) designed to prepare participants for the California CNA Certification Examination. Trainees are paid during the program at $18.00 per hour, with a tuition impact of $1,000 split into two installments and full reimbursement after one year of continuous full-time employment.

Upon certification, hourly wages increase to $20.00, subject to continued employment and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete NATP program requirements.
• Must be eligible to sit for the California CNA Certification Exam.
