Job summary

The Pines at Placerville invites you to join a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program that includes tuition coverage and a clear path toward a Nursing Aide role. The program blends self-paced theory with clinicals and a transition to on-call work within our care team.

Starting pay is $20/hour during on-call shifts and increases to $21/hour after you pass the CNA state exams, with yearly raises and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, dependable and a team player.
• Must be able to commit to an 18-month contract to work for the team that invested in you.
• Must have access to a computer and internet during the online portion of the program.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass background/live scan clearance and drug screening.
