The role emphasizes safety, hands-on training, and gradual responsibility across pruning, removal, and equipment operation. Starting pay is $20–$23 per hour with paid time off, holidays, and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Learn to climb trees; we will pay you to do that.
• Operate as a member of a tree crew while progressively learning new skills.
• Learn to perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal safely and skillfully.
• Tree identification and industry pruning guidelines.
• Prune, thin, and remove deadwood throughout the canopy.
• Learn to install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems.
• Assist in removal of hazardous trees.
• Maintain and operate all tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, lifts).
