Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Prior retail customer service experience preferred.
• Prior merchandising or warehouse order builder experience preferred.
• Meet admission guidelines for the Heartland Program.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• CLP prior to Heartland Driver Training Program entry.
• Background checks including DOT tests and record checks required.
• Pallet jack experience preferred; PIT certification may be required after hire.
• English language proficiency per FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend driver training program at Heartland Coca-Cola.
• Complete program satisfactorily and obtain CDL.
• Complete company training including outlet, handheld, customer service, and safety.
• Maintain employment for two years with Heartland Coca-Cola.
• Assist in distribution or warehouse when not training, such as merchandising.
