Job summary

Sanibel Community Church in Florida is seeking a worship-focused pastoral apprentice to gain hands-on experience in gospel ministry. The apprenticeship, designed for post-seminary residents, provides intensive mentoring in pastoral leadership and duties such as preaching and worship leading.

Participants will be immersed in church life, receiving both practical and theological training while engaging actively in ministry. This is a 2-year, full-time, paid position with housing provided.

Qualifications

• Aspiring for gospel ministry and pastoral leadership.
• Experience in church music and worship leading preferred.
• Strong commitment to theological understanding.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pastoral duties including teaching and discipleship.
