Job summary

The Field of Dreams Movie Site is seeking a Ballpark and Event Management Intern to contribute to the planning and execution of ballpark and special events in Dyersville, Iowa. This paid internship runs May–July 2027 and reports to the Assistant Events Manager.

You will assist in event-day operations, coordination, and office tasks, gaining hands-on experience in sports, tourism, and events management while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in sports, tourism, or events.
• Preferred internship or work experience in events.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and represent the Field of Dreams Movie Site.
• Assist in a variety of event roles and support the official events schedule.
• Manage assigned event responsibilities during office hours and coordinate materials.
