Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking exceptional undergraduate or graduate students to join its Analyst Internship Program (AIP). This 10-week paid, hybrid internship will be in Wilmington, DE, where you will apply analytics to real business problems across credit analytics, marketing, and operations.

You will be paired with an analyst and mentored by managers, working on a real-use case that could be deployed in the market and gaining exposure to senior leaders in consumer finance.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student actively enrolled in an analytic degree program with expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Outstanding communication skills, including ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Proven experience working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
