Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group offers a 10-week summer internship that gives students hands-on experience across critical business areas in the United States. During the program, you will support financial close processes, help prepare earnings materials, and conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 0-2 years of professional working experience.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and Word skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly book close processes as needed.
• Assist in preparation for earnings calls, annual operating plans, and business review deliverables.
• Perform market research to examine opportunities within the business.
• Create and present a final presentation for management at internship close.
• Exposure to AI tools and techniques for data manipulation and decision-making.
