Job summary

Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to turn students into professionals during May 21 – July 31, 2027. The program blends in-office and remote work, totaling 40 hours weekly, with market-competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus, plus housing assistance for eligible interns.

You’ll work in Consumer Banking, supporting the PMO, learning from Ally leadership, and presenting a final end-of-assignment project to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• A passion for financial services and technology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Office on internship projects.
• Attend orientation and executive speaker sessions; network with peers.
• Develop, automate, and publish information reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare an end-of-assignment presentation to leadership.
