Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a college intern for an 11-week paid summer program based in Chicago (ORD). You will learn real-world skills while supporting the ORD Airport Operations & Administration team, gaining insight into performance analysis and how your work affects daily business.

Pay rate is $22 per hour. The internship covers on-time performance, delay drivers, staffing, baggage performance, and operational planning, with an internship project and presentation to ORD Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in business, aviation management or related field.
• Must be enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student at start.
• 3.0 GPA minimum and Chicago metro residence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data and identify trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations translating data into insights.
• Support ORD team with staffing, baggage, and readiness initiatives.
• Document process changes and training colleagues on new tools.
• Assist in terminal construction/transition readiness and project work.
