The intent of this program is to offer an introductory experience similar to an internship to allow students an opportunity to learn about a manufacturing environment. It provides students the unique opportunity to work in the manufacturing areas of a Fortune 100 multinational company. Our summer student program helps us identify future interns and full time employees as well as provides a transparent experience for students to experience our culture and see the variety of career paths available at Elanco.The positions are temporary summer student positions that last for 10-12 weeks beginning in Oct or Nov 2026. Start and end dates will be managed around student class schedule and business needs. Each student will be assigned to a functional department with projects that are applicable to the student’s field of study in college. Small projects will be assigned that provide benefit for the department as well as a learning opportunity for the student.Project opportunities are available in, but not limited to, the following areas:Engineering: ProjectYour Responsibilities:Students will interact with other engineering, manufacturing, and science professionals, including Elanco senior management. Professional development and social events will be held throughout the summer.
