Hitachi Energy USA Inc in Jefferson City, MO invites engineering students to join a 12‑week, full‑time paid internship on the manufacturing floor at our Jefferson City factory. You’ll work on real projects, wear PPE, and gain hands‑on experience across quality, safety and production.

This in-person program offers learning journeys, collaboration with our global engineering team, and opportunities to build a diverse network across major USA locations.

Qualifications

• Engineering student with hands-on project focus in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions supporting safety, quality and production.
• Willing to work on the manufacturing floor ~80% of the day wearing PPE.
• Strong communication with maintenance and facilities staff.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines.
