Healthcare Services Group, Inc. offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program designed to prepare you to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care in a long-term care facility.

This 12-week, paid program blends hands-on supervision with computer-based training to build leadership in environmental services. You will learn to manage and supervise staff, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and gain experience in scheduling, record-keeping, and liaison work with

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills for records and reports.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
