Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites you to join our Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long‑term care facility in Tennessee.

You will learn to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations while gaining hands-on and computer-based training during a structured 12-week program. As you progress, you will develop the skills to manage environmental services, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with facility staff to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills and be able to maintain records.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
