Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is offering an Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long‑term care facility in North Carolina. You will learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry and floor care operations through hands‑on and computer‑based training.

This paid 12‑week program develops you to lead environmental services in healthcare settings, with opportunities for advancement, staff development, and potential nationwide transfer within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills for records and reports.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• All other duties as assigned.
