IDS is seeking a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support operational planning, analysis, and training objectives by integrating OSINT/PAI and related technologies.

The role develops instructional content, supports mission-focused analysis, and enhances MRX training environments through digital-domain expertise and open-source resources. This is on-site at Fort Bragg, NC.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Associate degree; six years of related military experience may substitute for degree.
• Graduate from US military courses: Basic/Advanced NCO, First Sergeant, or Sergeants Major.
• Expert OSINT/PAI gathering knowledge.
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into operational intelligence.
• Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules.

Job Description

IDS is seeking a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support operational planning, analysis, and training objectives through the integration of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI). The selected candidate will develop instructional content, support mission-focused analysis, and leverage digital domain expertise to enhance Mission Readiness Exercise and Special Operations training environments.

Key Duties

• Gather and analyze Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI).
• Integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into operational intelligence activities.
• Support planning, analysis, and exercise effects development.
• Develop instructional programs and training modules.
• Conduct research utilizing open-source, social media, and internet-based resources.
• Support Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) planning and execution activities.

Requirements

• Secret clearance.
• Associate degree. Six years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree.
• Graduate from one of the following U.S. military courses: Basic and/or Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
• Expert knowledge of gathering Open-Source Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (OSINT/PAI).
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into operational intelligence for planning, analysis, and exercise effects.
• Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules.
• Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission Units) or assignment to Military Intelligence.
• Minimum of three years of corporate experience working in the digital domain using open source, social media, and the internet for research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.
• Detailed expertise and past performance with multiple technologies used to understand and exploit the digital domain with operational relevance.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX).
• Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver.
