Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. seeks a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer at Fort Bragg to leverage OSINT/PAI for operational planning and exercises.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, a military background, and demonstrated ability to turn intelligence into instructional content and training modules for mission readiness.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain compliance with security protocols, and prepare materials for real-world/simulation environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from U.S. military Basic/Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.
• Expert knowledge of gathering Open-Source Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (OSINT/PAI).
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into Operational Intelligence for planning, analysis, and exercise effects.
• Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules.

Job Profile: PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer

Location : Fort Bragg, N.C,

Schedule: Full time

Security Clearance: Must have active SECRET clearance

This position is contingent upon contract award

Minimum Education Requirement

• Associate degree.
• Six years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree.

Minimum Special Skills/Qualifications

• Graduate from one of the following U.S. military Basic/and or Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course.
• Expert knowledge of gathering Open-Source Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (OSINT/PAI).
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into Operational Intelligence for planning, analysis, and exercise effects.
• Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules.

Minimal Background/Experience Required

• Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission units), or assignment to Military Intelligence. (Equivalent assignments within other Department of War military branches apply).
• Minimum of three (3) years' corporate experience and specific expertise working in the digital domain, using open source, social media and the internet for research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.
• Technology should be agnostic and have detailed expertise and past performance with different technologies to understand and exploit this space with operational relevance.

Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience

• One year of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX). Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver.
