Job summary

People Technology And Processes seeks a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to craft public-facing information and social content supporting the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment.

The role requires expert OSINT/PAI gathering, the ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence, and experience developing instruction programs for SOF personnel. Fort Bragg, NC-based, with SECRET clearance and full-time employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment.
• Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives.
• Integrate PAI/SM analysis into training materials to enhance operational relevance.
• Support the creation and delivery of instructional modules for SOF personnel.
• Collaborate with training staff, scenario developers, and intelligence professionals to ensure accuracy and operational authenticity.

Qualifications

• Associate; 6 years of related military experience may substitute.
• Graduate of a U.S. military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
• Expert OSINT/PAI gathering.
• Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence.
• Expert developing instruction programs/training modules.
• SOF assignment--Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units--OR Military Intelligence (MI); minimum 3 years of corporate experience in the digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of MRX experience; Adobe Dreamweaver.
